Case Study 1 • Long Part Parallel Banking

Challenge:
Parts must be aligned side by side in curing/drying oven.

Solution:
Lauyans & Company, Inc. designed and installed a 200 Series Power and Free Chainveyor® system for this application. The power part of the system was utilized at the loading stations, while the free section was installed in the curing/drying oven, where the parts were required to hang immobile for a specified time period.

Each part was too large to align in a straight system, so a side by side track system was installed in the curing oven. This allowed for more parts to cure in less space, thus saving the customer valuable space as well as costing less.
