SERIES 200 POWER CURVES:
In Chainveyor® systems, many combinations of curves may be achieved by joining standard horizontal and vertical curves.  Power curves are fabricated from 1.625” OD, T-304 stainless steel and are designed to work-harden through use.  This eliminates the expense of heat treating and straightening. Curves are accurately machined to align with straight track sections and are squared at the point of tangency.

Standard radii are 16", 24" and 36" for horizontal turns and 16" for vertical curves.  Stock curves are factory cut to 15, 30, 45, 90, and 180 degree segments for both horizontal turns and vertical curves. Special curves are available upon request to fit particular requirements where a standard curve is not appliable.
