SERIES 200 TAKE-UP:
All power conveyor systems require a take-up to remove slack chain generated on the down-stream side of the drive and in linear expansion and contraction of the conveyor. It also compensates for a slight elongation of the chain that occurs during normal wear. The Chainveyor® take-up comes assembled as a complete unit, requiring no fabrication at the time of installation.  Units are available spring-loaded, air, screw or counterweight operated, standard radius is 16" or 24" with spreads up to 120”.
