In this situation, our customer was installing a material handling system for a large national distillery. They needed two turntables to rotate 90 degrees and transfer pallets of product from one set of conveyors to the next. A center drive at the input and output ends of the turntables ensured the transfer of the pallet load was made smoothly.

Lauyans EPS used an electric drive system to rotate the turntables. A special emphasis, because of the proximity of distillery employees, was on guarding potential pinch points. We provided this customer with a simple, effective, safe, reliable, and productive system.
