Lauyans & Company can provide a chain transfer that is designed to transfer loads between two (2) parallel runs of chain driven live roller (CDLR) conveyor. The chains fit between the conveyor rollers and are supported on a framework that can be raised/lowered with pneumatics, hydraulics or mechanically depending on the environment.

This allows the simple transfer of product from either one mainline conveyor line to another, from a conveyor line to an automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS) pickup station or to multiple picking/packing stations.

This application also has the benefit that it can be matched with a variety of other material handling devices such as turntables, lift tables, etc.
